What are these growing on my snail?

Alright, so I have a couple of astrea snails in my tank and one of them has some kind of tubes/worms growing on its shell. They've been there for a few months, haven't multiplied, grown, or spread at all and once in a while they release some stringy stuff.



Does anyone know what these are?







I've done a few searches and come up empty.
