Trigon 190 Marine crazy idea

Hi everyone, I know this idea is crazy but can you please tell me if it would work:

1) Juwel bioflow 3.0 filter (600L/H) outlet pump connected to;

2) Resun mini 200 chiller (no pump and requires >500L/H) connected to;

3) Deltec MCE300 external protein skimmer (uses its own internal pump) connected to;

4) Bubble magus MF-100 phosban reactor with return pipe back into Trigon 190.



So firstly, is this possible? And secondly, would anything terribly wrong happen if the power went out?



All equipment, aside from the Juwel bioflow 3.0 and the return hose from the phosphate reactor would all be under the tank.
