Transitioning lighting

Quick question (I know, another lighting thread...),

I bought a new light fixture. Reef Radiance DM-155e, 165 watts, two channels w/ dimmer for each.

I have been running 4xT5HO, ATI bulbs (3x blue+, 1 coral+), bulbs are only a few months old.

Tank details: 20g long (12" deep) with lid (condensation occludes light), fixture is 10" off of the tank (T5s were 3" up). Mostly LPS in the tank, some zoas.

Any ballpark about where I should set the intensity % for each channel? Right now I have them quite low (white: 25%, blue 30%), although the tank is still pretty bright. No signs of bleaching or bubbling, yet anyway.

Any thoughts on how best to acclimate the tank to its new lighting?
