The Ever So Common Battle With Ich

It all started about two weeks ago when my tank temperature had a major fluctuation, almost eight degrees in a day. I had been unsuccessfully trying to get it stable and one morning it was getting close to 84, unfortunately I had to leave for work and didn't have time to do much so I tried to create a quick solution with a small fan I had. Well, I came home and the tank was at 75. I removed the fan and ever since the tank has been stable at 80 -_- but I knew this would probably come back to bite me.

I first noticed a problem in my blue spot jawfish. A few large white spots, almost the size of his blue spots had appeared. It didn't look anything like ich so I thought maybe the culprit was the "blue spot jawfish disease" I have read about on various forums. His behavior was fine though and he didn't bleach out like many of the pictures I have seen of this disease. I bought some bacterial food and hoped maybe that would do the trick.

Next, my Kole Tang is covered in tiny white dots. They look even smaller than many of the pictures I have seen of ich but maybe that's because she is a small tang? She never appears to try to itch herself and her behavior seems fairly normal. I tried to freshwater dip, but it didn't seem to do much. I know, QT, QT, QT, but I don't have a tank to do so in so I have been weighing my options before I jump the gun. Every morning I think they're starting to go away, but then when I catch her in a certain light in the evening it doesn't look like any have gone away.

No other fish has started to develop the dots, but the my blue spots' behavior has taken a bad turn. I feed with a syringe and he used to come fully out of his hole to take food from it, now he won't eat anything I give him. Most of the time his hole is covered with a rock, which he never did before. He used to always be watching and get excited for feeding time, but now I barely see him unless I move the rock he covers his hole with. I don't see any spots on him so I'm not attributing this to ich, but it's a possibility I'm sure. Him and the tang have stand-offs sometimes but I wouldn't say she bullies him, but again that is a possible cause. Also maybe not enough sand? Or this blue spot jawfish disease?

All water parameters have been fine. So I have a tang with tons of tiny white specks that behaves normally and a blue spot with no visible problems but is behaving uncharacteristically and not eating. Any ideas?
