LRS Reef Frenzy or Coral Frenzy..or both

I'm done to two foods for my corals and my pair of clowns. I have a mixed reef with a a few sps, lots of soft and Lps, a gorgonian, and maxima clam. What would be better for my system to feed regularly? I just can't decide between the two, coral frenzy would prob last me a bit longer for the same price but does it have all the benefits that reef frenzy has? I feel like reef frenzy might benefit my maxima better but that doesn't really matter as I don't feed him anyways and he's doing fine. Ahhhhh just help me decide
