Hammer Flow

Hey guys, just getting some info on hammer coral flow. Got a new hammer yesterday, and it is doing awesome. Opened up within minutes of being placed into the tank, and has been open since. Obviously I think thats a good sign, but i was wondering opinions on flow. Mine seems to get a random moderate amount of flow, and I just don't want that to be too much.
