Clownfish Problem

Hey Guys,



So one of my clowns decided the other day that we want to jump in the back of my water return and when he did that, he took a gash out of himself. There is a small gash on one of his white stripes. He has been eating but not as much as usual and he's not as active either. Any suggestions on what I should do about it?
