Base Rock to Live Rock

I am building a system (Build Thread Here). If you browse through the thread, you will see my tank is aquascaped and I am about to be at the point to add water.



I like the fantasy of having a pest free system so how do I do it?



How do I cycle my tank without seeding rock from a tank that may be full of crap.



I kinda think a pest free system is a fantasy, How can you QT a coral. The requirements of flow & light is a little crazy.
