Can low-light corals grow under LED actinic light only?

I've always understood that 420-460nm actinic light is only for human eyes to view coral colors.



I want to revist my understanding by asking if low-light to moderate-light corals like chalices and acans can actually grow under pure actinic lighting (with no supplemental lighting in the 10k-20k range)



I'm interested in all the opinions people on TRT have....
