color of purple-tip frogspawn coral

Hi everyone,

I recently bought a purple-tip frogspawn coral from a store online:

I called and they told me it looks more like the first picture, but the one I received has totally brown stems...

I have a full-spectrum light and, no matter the setting, stems look totally brown. I was thinking it just needs time to adjust and get used to the new tank until it shows the real colors, but it has been 3 days with enough light, water flow, calcium and feeding...

If I look closely however, I can see some little green at the beginning of the stems.
Do you think color will turn green as the coral grows? This is only a frag.
