Tanaka's pygmy wrasse

Hello to all. So I am starting a new and my first ever saltwater aquarium. I am doing a 36*24*24 tank. I plan on doing a lps/soft corals reef tank. I will have a some crustations and things of that nature. So my fish I have chosen are as follows.

Yellowheaded jawfish, tanakas pygmy wrasse, scissortail dartfish, yellow clown goby, mandarin fish (after tank matures at least a year for me to be safe if not longer) pink skunk clownfish, and possibly a kole yellow eye tang,

Question is this. Does anyone have or have kept a tanaka's pygmy wrasse before, concerns, little quarks about them, what they like etc etc. I know they need caves and places to hide and non aggressive tank mates

2nd question...the kole tang I believe I heard was the most passive of the tang fish? I don't have to have him...just was wondering

3rd question...this one may be stupid...twinspot lion fish? Bad decision with the yellow clown goby. I read the clown goby has a type of mucus it creates to keep fish from errrr maybe eating it? I read this online "Their primary defense against predators is a poisonous, bitter mucus on their skin that makes them unpalatable" But I also read that the mucus is not so much a toxin to keep fish from eating it...just maybe to deter them and maybe spit him out...either way I was thinking that the lionfish might not would necessarily eat him but bit at him or w/e and either way stress the fish out to die basically. Thoughts on the lionfish...I think its probably not okay and that's fine, it wont hurt my feelings just figured I would check. O I'm also planning on keeping a cleaner shrimp...larger one of course around the lion fish.
