some corals won't open! Not sure about too much light?

Hey everyone. I recently upgraded my light fixture on my 36" bowfront tank. I've recently went through a green hair algae phase and it's mostly gone, but now I'm seeing some brown algae and my xenia tree is staying shriveled up along with most of my polyps won't open? Water changes are done weekly, good power heads, protein skimmer and hob filter. Please help! Other corals seem great... Green plate, leather head and mushroom. Temp stays at 78, no fish only shrimp. Fixture is a wavepoint 36" t5. 39 watts per bulb. Two sunlight and two blue's
