Nitrite problem

So I recently added a bacteria bottle three days ago and I just checked and it has Nitrite, how to get rid of it? (It was at 1.0)
1. My protein Skimmer isn't installed yet
2. I have Dry Sand
3. I have a mixture of dry and live rock
4. Two wave makers
5. Heater
6. My tank will be a FOWLR only
