Thought I'd share one of our feeding procedures for our friends that live in salt water:
The ingredients for our blender mush [this varies dependent upon what's available in the fish department].
Most important we want to make the fish and coral feel like they are home, so the cutting board is in the shape of Vermont.....very important. :)
From top to bottom
Scallops surrounded by smelt.
Fish clams out of the shell,
large shrimp
Garlic - should be diced smaller.
All the above goes in the blender.
Silicon and nori are added along with ~5 ounces of RO/DI water to allow mush to settle to blender blades.
What we end up with is a good blend of chunky to fine particles that the whole community can enjoy.
