Hammer Coral concern asap!!!

Hi guys my phosphate are at 0.25 ,but as far to knowledge they should not stop my hammer corals from fully opening, because I don't know what is going on but my hammer corals that were healthy from my fish shop,became in 3 days f after introducing them into my tank became like this.The polyps are not fully expanded and they don't fully open,help!!! What is going on , and same thing with the fragspawn coral, all other Corals are fine.
