Foxface Acting Ill

Hello all, my onespot foxface rabbitfish has been acting very sick. He has had bite marks in his tail (from my stupid midas blenny) but the strange part is that he is acting sick. He is acting like he is very tired and resting on the rock and will not move even if you poke him. He has also turned a darker color. I am very worried because he is my favorite fish in that tank. The tank is 75 gallons with 75 lbs of live rock. I also don't know what to do with my midas, how can I get it to stop harrasing my foxface? Please answer quickly because I'm afraid he hasn't got that much time left...
