Ecotech MP 40's issue

So after a few months of working just fine on reefcrest mode or (yellow) I decided to dabble a bit with the modes on my pumps and now neither will go out of constant or (green) mode and only 1 will allow me to adjust the flow, what now? I'm sure its something I may be doing but.....
