Black Beard Fungus

hey all! I am new to the thread and have a question. I have a 190 gallon reef tank and here are the specs: two power heads, corallife lighting 4 bulbs, 1000 GPH pump, drilled tank, temperature at 78 degrees, anenome use corallife reef salt crystals, no protein skimmer, tank has been set up over 1 year.

I have had and am having a very aggressive case of what I believe is black beard fungus. Its a black matting type material on all my live rocks and live sand floor. In an attempt to get rid of it I have done massive water changes, vacuum as much out as possible, scrapping off with a toothbrush from tank walls and rocks and cannot seem to get rid of it. I recently purchased a brand new "50 GPD RO buddie" and it seems the black beard fungus got WORSE when I introduced RO water?!?!?!?! I purchased the RO buddie to improve water quality so you can imagine my frustration! I have the ro buddie hooked up to a garden hose that i recently purchased new from lowes. Is the garden hose the problem? Please help!
