Tank was done wrong

First off i want to say hello.

I have been reading posts on this site until my eyes bleed. (Got more sleep with new born twins than I have since finding this site)

so i finally signed up and here i am.

I am stuck, I started a saltwater setup 5 months ago.

Had freshwater for five years prior.

55 gallon tank. 48x13x20.

2" of live sand.

Fluval 110 HOB filter.

Hydor 850 pump.

Coralife HO T5 48" dual bulb. 10,000K / Actinic

Current levels.

Salinity 1.019

P.H 8-8.2

Cal 280

Kh 196.9

Phosphate .25

Nitrate 20

Nitrite 0

Ammonia 0

In order added to the tank.

8lbs base rock

2 clownfish / yellow tail damsel

2 wks later- lemon damsel/blue damsel

Horseshoe crab/3 lg turbo snales/ anemone

Fire cleaner shrimp 10 lbs base rock.

2 days later - cespitularia/gorgonian.

I know this was all done out of order and no planning before adding stuff. This was not my intent, the four other adults in my house think its OK to get whatever looks nice and toss it in. Now I am taking complete control of this tank and i want to make it a great reef tank. How do I fix this mess.

Water has what looks like particles floating in it. Heavy almost cloudy.

In order of setup.
