nano reef /mantis shrimp tank build all help welcome.

Hey guys I have been lurking for years and finally I need to to post for help.



I'm setting up a nano tank and I want a mantis and coral preffably a very active mantis.



Need aquascape ideas , coral ideas substrate black white?



Should I just get all water and lr from LFS to speed up cycle..?



What fish if any can go in tank that can cohabit with a smasher.?



And where do I get a mantis shrimp from?



What type of tank should I buy or could I build it it's just a nano.:D
