I'm FINALLY starting my first build. Been wanting to start since 2004, but money and kids and work always got in the way. My brother got me a new BC29 for my birthday and the fun is about to begin.
I've already ditched the bio balls since nobody in the free world supports them on any forum. I've picked up an intake media basket, filter floss, purgen, chemi-pure, 4 additional LEDs (2 white 2 blue), hydor koralia nano 240 and a Tunze 9001 skimmer.
First problem I've run into, the 9001 and media basket don't seem to fit properly in the 2nd chamber. The skimmer tilts just enough to prevent the catch basket from fitting right. Any suggestions before I try a hammer?
