Left Rood's food out overnight, thawed!

So I left my Rod's food out last night (was preparing it and put the bag in the my aquarium stand and found it this morning). Now it thawed but the ziplock on it was sealed and it didn't smell awful or anything.



So I stuck it back in the freezer to re-freeze, is it still good to use? The only thing I've found on it online so far was that as long as it doesn't "make you want to gag" it should be ok.
