is my chocolate chip star fish dying?

so I put my pair of harlequin shrimps, my live rock, and a chocolate chip starfish in almost 3 hours ago, the shrimps have been stabbing the star fish for 2 and a half hours until they randomly stopped and went to stay on one side of the rock, as the star fish is paused with 2 limbs frozen mid air, at first I thought my shrimps killed it already and decided not to want to eat it anymore, but after 5 minutes I moved the starfish back on the tank floor where it stayed still for another 10 minutes and now is SLOWLY moving, is it dying?
