Help With Frag Rack

I am having a 24x24x10 frag tank made for me. The guy making it also makes frag racks and I am thinking of getting one from him. Here is my question.



Beings its 10" tall should I make frag racks with different heights or should I have it just be one height 2" off the bottom?
