Buying a used mature reef tank

Hello guys. I am new to this forum and a newbie reefer. I owned a 30 gallon tank 5 years ago with a very cheap system( all i could afford at the time) and already know a lot about the basics of upkeeping. I had to get rid of it since i was moving to an fish unfriendly area and i missed this hobby so much. I just recently commited to buy a 90 gallons reef tank with all the bells and whistles. Here are the specs;

-2x 120 maxspec fixtures

-octopus 3000 skimmer

-uv filter

-2 sumps total 55 gallons(1 is a refugium)

-90 lbs live rocks

-3 wave makers

-3 way dosage pump for ph, calcium and i believe the third on is magnesium...i could be wrong on third one excuse my noobness...

-lots..i meen lots of corals and fishes

- awesome piece of furniture

Anyway, i here is my plan for the move:

-prepare 40 gallons of ro water and mix the salt 2-3 days in advance

-keep as much of the tank water and move it with the tank( in separate bins out of the tank of course...)

-change completely the sand...i read about keeping some to seed the new one but i made my mind on changing it all since the rocks are cured and should do the trick. I will buy some prerinsed live sand.

-keep the corals in water and the rocks humid in a styrofoam bins

-separate the fishes in buckets from the hardware store

Bring everythin in the new spot, make sure its level and add the sand, a bit of water( 5 inches), let is sit for a while until the sand is down and add the live rocks and water. Test to check the water specs.

I need advice for when is a good time to add the fishes and corals, how long can i keep them away from the tank in buckets and should i use a pump to move the water while waiting to be in the tank or if its not worth it and i can add the fishes the same night...should i worry about water temperature?..also, any flaws in my plan? Thanks!
