46 gallon bow front oceanic

So I was driving home today and on the side of the road I found a 46 gallon bow front oceanic tank with a sticky note that says free! So I picked it up brought it home. Cleaned and scrubbed it with water/vinegar.



Seems to be in good shape but there's no telling how old it is or how long it's been dry.



My question is should I and is there a way to strip the seals and redo them?
