Stocking possiblities

I have a 30 gallon biocube reef tank that has been running well for almost two years, it currently has a coral beauty angle and a saddle blenny. I will be getting rid of the blenny because it's a serial killer (r.i.p three other fish), I would like the final stock to be the angle, a chalk bass, and an ocelaris clown.

Would this tank be able to handle that, we do 5 gallon water changes each week.
