New tank water parameters?

I just set up my tank on Saturday. 75g w/30g sump, I have approx. 120 pounds of LR in the DT and another 10-15 in the sump along with ASM g-1x protein skimmer. I didn't take water parameters on the first day (except temp and salinity) but I have taken them every 2 days since Saturday and I don't know if this is normal or not. please let me know what you think.



Sunday

Nitrite 2.0

Nitrate 40

ammonia 8



Tuesday

ph-8.0

Nitrite-between 2-5 hard to tell from color match, look very similar

Nitrate-15

Ammonia-0-0.25- again hard to tell



Thursday

PH 8.0

Nitrite- 0-0.25

Nitrate between 60-80

Ammonia- 0-0.25



I am using API test kit.
