Lighting for 20 gallon long reef

Hi, a family member has recently given me a light fixture for my 20 gallon long which is currently just a plain fowlr. This fixture is a T5 Quad 30" 6500K and gives off 96 total watts. Would this be enough to keep some corals and maybe a small anemone (not too sure about the anemone) and allow them to thrive. Im not to much on coral knowledge but from my understanding this is nearly 5 watts per gallon and on top of that the tank is 13 inches deep I believe. I would love to hear what you guys have to say. Also even if this fixture is not strong enough, I will still replace my old fixture with this one as it looks a lot better and keep it a fowlr. Thanks!!!
