ID on Small Tentacle Baby Blob

I'm hoping someone can help me ID this little critter... I've read that it might be a Majano but not sure.. I have a BTA about the size of a golf ball and a large Long Tentacle Anemone about 8" tall. Both have been in my tank for about 6 months. Do they cross breed? Do Anemones self-reproduce? I guess I'm looking for a little sex ed on anemone. I don't think this little guy rode in on live rock or anything since it's been at least 3 months since my last addition to the tank. The pic is a bit fuzzy but maybe someone can ID it for me. He/she/it is stuck to the bottom of the tank on a piece of exposed glass. This guy measures about 1" tall and .5" wide...



Do I need to worry about protecting/quarantining it from the other tank critters?



Tank livestock: 2 x clownfish, 2 x Banghai Cards, 2 x scarlet cleaner shrimp, 1 x red sea star, a dozen hermits and snails, 1 x sea urchin, 1 x Long Tentacle Anemone and 1 Rainbow BTA.



60 lbs of live rock.
