Can anyone give me advice on how to get rid of this hair algae issue I am having with my tank.

NA=0
SG 1.025
Am=0
ph=8.2
PO= 0
I have added a few more snails to my clean up crew but they keep dieing ( I am thinking they fall of the rocks and then the crabs get them.) I have right now in my tank 2 small mexican turbo snails, and a few turban snails. as well as a handful of red and blue leg hermit crabs (5 or 10 each)
A sea urchin as well as a sally lightfoot crab...
I am also running a GFO Reactor as well and have a protein skimmer and everything.
I do weekly changes of 10-12 gallons.
Anyone have any suggestions. I am thinking I need more snails but the mexican turbos seem to fall off the rocks alot then get eatin by the crabs before I get a chance to flip them over.
Any help would be appreciated.
