Coral ?'s / problems

I purchased a small frag of green star polyp about 3 months ago and it grew rapidly. It's probably grown about 5 inches across my live rock. The coloring has gone away in the polyps. It's no longer bright green like it was but now it's a brown red-ish color. You can see a couple polyps have green but nothing like what they were. All the polyps are extended but just no coloring. I have a aquatop 21 gallon with LED lights. I question 2 things going on in the tank. 1, I have my lights running about 9 1/2 hours. 2, I have a patch of frogspawn which has grown right behind it and I'm worried it's stinging the GSP?



I also have some zoa's and paly's issues. When I turn on my blue lights, I'm only getting color in the center in a small circle. Everything is growing and my I'm getting new polyps but there is no coloring. They look red/brown with a small circle of color in the center.



Again, I have 12k LED lights in a 21 gallon aquatop (similar to biocube)
