4 months in and another diotom bloom.

I changed from t8 50/50 bulbs to PC with hqi, carbon, and aquavetro eight-four. Now I have a heavy diotom bloom on my sand. I had cyano but that seems to be dying down in place of the diotom. Why would this be happening? Anything else I should do to get rid of this?
