Might get my first coral

My tank is almost a year old. It is a 70g with a 20g sump. I have 85 lbs live rock and 20 lbs sand. I have a berlin sump with only an NWB150 skimmer, heater, return, and a media reactor running GFO. I have an AI Hydra light. For flow I have two Korilla PHs on the wave maker timer and one Tunze PH.

I have been reading about the possibility of the U.S. outlawing corals so I am thinking about adding some. I don't know anything about corals other than what I have read on TRT. So what is a good beginner coral? I do not dose anything and would prefer not to. I would like something that is very hardy and easy to care for but required a level of care that is typical of most corals. I know what corals I like (Hammer corals) but they seem like they are for a more experienced person.

What advice can y'all give?
