dwarf cherub angel in a 20long?

Hey guys, the other day i went to my lfs and saw they had a cherub angel about the size of a quarter and it looks beautiful. Anyways, i was wanting some opinions on if he could go in my 20long or not before i get him. Thanks everyone!
