Dipping Corals

I know I need to dip my corals before putting them into my tank. My question is with my 14 gallon tank should I use the water from that tank or would it be ok for me to use my water from my 65 gallon tank (it can handle having a gallon removed from it obviously better than a 14 gallon). I keep both tanks at the same temp and salinity so i think i should be ok





I use ReVive coral dip.
