anemone issue please help!

hi, my anemone had gotten sucked into the power head. luckily there were no cutting or anything physically damaged and i removed it and put it on a rock. it attached once put on the rock and later that day it has expanded its tentacles.. then it detached and wasn't attached to anything and on the ground till the morning and the anemone is totally deflated in the morning and during mid day it expanded and now its shriveled again. and its also excreting brown waste



is the anemone gonna recover?

my parameters are perfect by the way
