29g reef tank build!

So I started my first ever 10g reef that I want to upgrade to a 29g! (small apartment, wish I could go bigger) My 10g has about 25ish pound of live rock with lots of coraline, blue Xenia(it grows like crazy....), a kenya tree, and a trumpet coral. Everything will move over once the sand and water cycles. So here is my supply list.

What I have:

Red Sea Test kits

Refractometer

Live Rock

Lots of snails and a couple hermits.

Small HOB filter (using it only so I can use carbon or chemipure)

Plans to get:

40lbs of live Black sand.

WP10 (do you think that will be enough?)

Chemipure elite

CPR skimmer (says rated for 150g, I feel like itll be overkill, but I'm going to give a shot as its cheap from a fellow reefer)

Evergrown d120

Need to get a heater(Going to use my old one for a water change bucket)

Salt - So... Red sea coral pro or instant ocean reef crystals??

I will put up the 29g with pumps and everything for a day then move my live rock the next day then keep my trumpet and kenya in my old 10 until the mini cycle happens.

So, any comments? I would greatly appreciate your help!

Plans for the tank: Lots of softies and LPS. Maybe a couple SPS if I get a crazy hair but of course that wont be for a long time...

Fish in this order: I'm thinking 2 blennys or gobies(Not dragonets or anything crazy), a skunk cleaner (a dream invert of mine), then a pair of clowns! Of course this will be over like 3-4 months.

Thank you!
