not happy with lighting

I am new here. I went too buy some coral and when I got home the coral were the same. I have 4T5HOs 30 gal,2 10,000 white+ 2 actinic blue, there came with the light. The bulbs are 1 mon. old came with the fixture. What can I do? Can I change the bulbs and to what. Thanks Ed
