Need help with lighting on a 20gallon long

I have a rather simple question on whether or not this type of lighting would work on my 20-gallon long nano tank. also, i currently can not post a link due to not having posted more than 5 times. I will try to include the information as much as I can. so I have been looking at these lights on eBay
