Led lighting for 75 gallon reef?

Hi, I have a new fowlr 75 gallon and I plan to turn it into a reef aquarium. What led lights would you guys get? I don't have a large budget (200-300 dollars). Would either 2 regular current usa marine led or a orbit marine pro suffice? I found used ones online. I will have lps and softies with lowlight sps (birdsnest and montipora) and bubble tip nems near the top. Thanks!

Also, the tank came with a whole bunch of bioballs. Should I keep them? Ive read a lot of conflicting views online.
