LED Power? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Any idea on how powerful or at what percentage you're supposed to keep your RED/WHITE/GREEN's at, and the same for ACTINIC/BLUE's with LED fixtures?

I think I may have fried my star polyps, every time I try to go over 20 percent something ends up loosing color.

My fixtures are about 6-7 inches from the water's surface.
