Is my anemone splitting or sick?

Hi i just noticed over the last hour my anemone shrunk to a smallish size and closed up 90% it and is staying like that and was wondering is this normal or is it sick/splitting

My tank is about 4 months sitting cycling with live sand and rock the anemone i put in 2 days ago roughly day 1 was wandering day 2 found its spot and stretched between the rocks and opened with puffed tentacles (i assumed it like this spot as not moved since then just shrinks at night then growed in the morning when lights on)
The only other inhabitants are 1 snail and 1 mithrax crab
