I just bought a condy anemone at my lfs and I placed it in the tank in the middle of a V shaped live rock that I have in my tank and I am not sure if it is able to get out of there or not if need be. It looks really good in the middle of the rock but I am just wondering if restricting its movement to this rock will be detrimental to its health.
