Hello All,
I ordered two pretty pieces of tufted hair algae online. They were supposed to come mounted to a piece of square cut fossilized coral skeleton ready to anchor in the rockwork, but sadly did not. They just came with their root-like structure and some pieces falling off.
I complained to the company.
But I was thinking of getting some small LR pieces (the synthetic purple kind made in CA that my LFS sells) and then using the instant ocean epoxy stick stuff that I bought to anchor it to the LR and place it in the tank.
Does that seem like it would work? I am always worried about adding a new piece of LR. I would kind of quarantine both in a little tank and hope that anything bad seeps off of it.
Any opinions? Thanks in advance.
