Newbie help with 30 gallon clownfish tank

Hello!! i want to set up a 30 gallon tank for a pair of clownfish and maybe a little crew to clean the tank.

So i will have live rock, live sand, maybe in the future soft corals, what kind of light should a get?and i need help choosing powerheads too and how many GPHs do i need. Thank you!! ?
