Fish Wish list: thoughts on the line up

Hi everyone,
So my 220g is up and running, everything going well so far. This is my "Fish Wish" List that I would like in my tank but Im looking for feedback on any serious issues and if this order of intro is okay, who should be put in together etc. Here is what I want and the order in which I think I should buy/introduce over the next 1-6months:

First up: the "Nice" guys
Some selected appropriate CCU
2 BiColor Dottybacks
2 Firefish Gobies
2 Green/Red Mandarin Dragonette
2 Clownfish (snowflake varieties)
2 Fairy Wrasse
1 Pearlscale Butterfly
2 Carberryi Anthias (+/-? Heard they loose their color and eat a ton?)

Then the ones with Attitude:

1 Powder brown Tang
1 Hardwicke Wrasse

Then the Big Guns:

1 Flame Angel
1 Blue Ring or Queen or Blue Face Angel]
1 Humu/Picasso Trigger/Niger
1 Dog face puffer
1 Moray Eel (snowflake)
