Missing Fish

One of my four new chromis didn't acclimate very well and was hiding under a rock breathing heavily yesterday and he had a white fuzzy spot in between his eyes.

Part way through the day he disappeared on me and I haven't seen him since. How long do I go before I start moving rock and looking for him?
