Cool dead coral. How to clean?

I was given some very large pieces of coral skeleton found on the beach in south FL. It has been sitting on my deck in the rain and sun for about 1.5 years and my wife said it would look really neat in my tank.

I agree with her. So I am doing a bleach soak for about an hour to dissolve any organic mater and then I was going to do a 24 hour soak in straight vinegar to pull out other "crap"

Do you see any issues in this?
