hey guys,

so i decided to get a saltwater tank about 8 months ago. i had someone taking care of it but he sucked. I was working 70hrs a week so i didn't have time to mess with the tank. I have found everything in the tank dead 4 or 5 times shortly after he was worked on it. so I'm making the time and I'm learning to do it myself. I found this site off of a google search.

Google and lurking on this site i found lots of information to get me started and hopefully ill have a tank with some fish in it soon.

I have a 65 gallon tank
120w led light-ebay
80lbs of live rock
live sand
ehiem 2217
500 gph powerhead
some turbo snails and small reef safe grabs

I am going to attempt reef tank so i have begun to buy the parts for a sump tank. I posted some questions in the reefing section.
